We have 42 days to complete all our preparations for spending the summer in Yellowstone. We have been watching the weather and realize that we don't have enough warm clothes. As you all know Texas is very rarely that cold. We will working for DNC in the Lake Area, I will be working at the Lake General Store and Dave is working for the General Store at Bridge Bay.
We are driving our RV and trip is over 1500 miles from our home in central Texas. Our plan is to take it easy and drive about 300 to 350 miles per day, at this rate the journey will take us 5 days.
We have created this blog so that our friends and family can keep up with us since phone communications in Yellowstone are so poor. We plan to hike, bike and take in all that Yellowstone has to offer. We hope to meet many new and interesting people and hope you find our summer interesting.
